Bhujagasana (Cobra Pose)
Lie on the floor with face down. Place both arms on the floor side wards to the chest.Gently raise the body up resting the palm on the floor like a cobra rising. Stay in that position for a while and resume the previous position with face down. Yoga steps

2.Viparitha trikonasana (reverse triangle pose):
Stand straight with legs slightly wide with right leg backward. Place your right hand on it right thigh and bend towards to your right and face upwards. Stay for a few seconds and then bring the hands wide apart and bend the left leg at 90 degrees. Repeat the same with right leg forward and leaning towards the right. Repeat the same for three sets. 3.Vasisthasana (side plank pose):
Bring your right foot forward to 90 degrees, left foot bent slightly at a toe, turn your body towards the side, raise your right hand facing up, rest the body with your left hand. Bring right hand back to the floor resume the legs to the previous position. Repeat the same with left foot forward. Repeat the same for three sets. Yoga steps

Camathkarasan(wild thing pose)
Bring your right foot forward in 90 degrees; left foot bent slightly at the toe. Turn your body towards the side, raise your right hand raising up. Rest the body with your left hand. Now, bring your right hand and place it bent backward at 90 degrees. Look up at your right end and slowly turn your body. And bring right hand in parallel to the floor and stay in position for few seconds. Resume the same with left foot forward. Repeat the same with three sets. Yoga steps

Stand up straight and bring your hands together in Namaskar position and raise the hands up and backward gently bend forward, forehead touching the knee and hands on the floor. Slowly rise and stay in the position with hands on the shin. And now go to the previous position and stretch the legs on by one behind.
