The most colourful time of the year is just around the corner with the colours of Holi, but looks like the Bachchan family is not going to have any celebrations this year.
As per reports that are revolving the rounds, the Bachchan family will not be celebrating the festival of holi as Bachchan’s daughter in law, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father Krishna Raj is admitted in the ICU at lilavati hospital. It’s been about 2 weeks since he’s there in a critical condition. Word has it that keeping in mind the critical state through which Aishwarya’s father is going, the Bachchan’s will not celebrate Holi this year.
Previously we all have been testimonial about how every year the Bachchan family makes special arrangements in advance to celebrate the festival of colours but this time, that won’t be the case. A source had informed India.com that, “The family has been following a tradition like every year to celebrate the holi together. They make preparations way in advance, check their schedules, to be able to come together as a family on festivals. Diwali and Holi are very important for bachchan family. In fact, Holi party at the Bachchan’s residence is one of the most talked about in B-town while it is a total intimate family affair. They have guests from close friends to the industry people as well. But this time, the entire household in under a pall of gloom since Ash’s father is surviving in a critical condition. Both Ash and Abhishek have been busy at the hospital attending to him and taking care of all whereabouts. The family is under immense stress and state oh melancholy that’s why they have decided to not celebrate Holi. They will only get involve in the customary Holika Pooja but not play with colours the next day. The entire family is upset and in great tension over his health.”
