Till Jio is in fledged in the telecom market the competition is going to be tough for all the telecom players. Under its “prime” membership plan jio has launched its super exciting plan (lots of data in cheap rate) to make the customer go crazy. To counter Jio already all the telecom players tighten their belt and pulled their shocks. Some companies are going for merger where others are ready to promote the attractive offers to keep their customer base high. But after all the trial and error by telecom giant Jio is still ahead in the race.
Since its Launch with welcome offer Jio already showed its intention that it comes to rule the market and will not let anyone go ahead. Apart from attractive offers, Jio is improving its services day by day. Even as compare to other telecom operators Jio’s customer executives are quite active in social media platform like Facebook, Twitter, Linked in to attract more and more customer.
We all know a few days back, how Big B complained about Vodafone’s poor service in Twitter whereas Jio’s customer care executive took the advantage of that scenario & offered him a Jio sim.
Even now something similar has happened with Vijay Shekhar Sharma, founder of paytm.
On Twitter Vijay applauded Airtel’s data offer; by stating that Airtel is ready to offer him monthly 60 GB data only at Rs 2,999 which is equivalent to the price of 15 GB data.
One can find out that his main objective was let everyone know about this offer, but later, he altered his choice when Jio executive reached out to him and offered him 56 GB data only at Rs 499 (1/6th of the price). Now it’s called the ACTUAL RACE. But one thing sure that by seeing Jio’s intelligence Airtel must be furious.
Jio is really endeavoring to make all its service customer friendly. So, one can easily figure out from this that, Jio has not entered the market only for a transitory period. It has took pledged to rule the market for a long time.
