Everyone can build up his own body muscles only if he is determined of building it. Here we were sharing some of the body building tips for everyone who wish to have a muscular body.
1. Eat right
Always eat healthy if you are building your muscles. This is the most important factor in bodybuilding. You must consume at least 1 gm of protein per pound of body weight.
2. Mental Attitude
Bodybuilding is not just a destination. You have to workout on a daily basis to build up muscles. Just visualize your idol which you want to be in future, and start workout to become like him. You have to be motivated towards your goal constantly to maintain your body. As you get advanced in this field, you will notice fewer results in your body.
3. Pre-workout meal
You must have a good pre-workout meal before 1 hour of the body building session. Your meal should be rich in complex carbohydrates to give you decent energy levels.
4. Post-workout meal
After a workout, you should take carbohydrates and protein mixture within one hour of a workout session. You can also have some fluid like chocolate milk.
5. Train with intensity
In bodybuilding, you must increase your effort in a slow and steady pace. Each day, increase the number of iteration you are doing any exercise. Bring yourself out of the comfort zone every day to see fruitful results.
6. Go heavy
Try to lift heaviest weights in the workout session without affecting the form of your body. Make sure you have warm up your body before lifting heavy weights. A gradual increase in weight lifting can bring cuts as well as strength to your body.
7. Pyramid the weights
Pyramiding means to use consecutively use higher weights with the passage of days. In converse, you can also practice Pyramid down. You can do both the practices on different days to shock your muscles to act after guessing.
8. Compound events
If you want a speedy growth in your body building exercise, practice free weights, and compound exercises. In reality, compound exercises are much helpful to build up target muscles which actually shape your body. Think bench press, barbell or dumbells curls, triceps extensions, should press, barbell squats, bent over rows, dead lifts, etc. are helpful in this case.
9. Supplement it
Eat about six to eight small meals every day. And meal should be nutritious well-balanced. Modern farming methods have increased the food production but ultimately lowered the nutrients in it.
Taking rest at regular intervals helps your body to tear down and rebuild muscle fibers that you trained in the workout session. So, everybody building practitioner must take proper rest after workouts.
